FAQ (Frequently Asked Question)  


1. How do I purchase from Fabfad?
Simply email us your order at fabfad@hotmail.com in the following format:
Item Name:
Item Confirmed: Yes/ No
Enquiries : (if any)
Alternate Order/Color (In case order is OOS):
Payment Mode: Ibank / ATM Transfer / Paypal*
Promo Code: (if any)

2. How do I use my promotion code?
Simply key in the promotion code in the order format. You will receive the discounts automatically in your invoice*
*Do note that the terms and condition for promotion codes varies. If promotion code is not applicable, it will not be reflected in the invoice

3. How do I know if an item is still available?
We apologize that we are not able to update the availability real time. However, we do update the item status from time to time. Alternatively, you can email us at fabfad@hotmail.com to check if item is still available 

4. What are the modes of payments accepted?
We currently accept IBanking, ATM Transfer, Interbank Transfer and Paypal. Cash Deposits, Concealed Cash and Cash on Delivery are strictly not allowed.

5. Will there be additional charges for payment via Paypal?
Yes, a transaction fee of 3.4% + 0.50 will be charged upon the transacted amount. We are glad to inform you that this transaction fee will be waived for purchases above $100.

6. Is there free shipping if I were to purchase at Fabfad?
Nope, there isn’t unless otherwise stated.
Delivery within Singapore via Normal Mail is charged at $1.50 for the first light weight purchase, and an additional $0.50 for subsequent one(s).
Top up another $2.25 on top of the normal mail for delivery via Registered Mail.

7. Are we able to opt for self-collection?
We apologize that self-collection method is currently unavailable unless otherwise stated.

8. Does Fabfad ship internationally?
Yes we do, but only to selected countries! Do contact us at fabfad@hotmail.com to check if your region is one of the selected areas and on the applicable charges to your specific country.

9. How long will my parcel take to reach me?
Parcel will be despatched within 1 – 2 working days after payment is received. (Not applicable for backorders)
Normal Shipping takes an average of 2 - 4 working day and Registered Shipping takes an average of 1-3 working days

10. How do I track my order(s)?
Only items shipped via Registered Mail is track-able. Do email us at fabfad@hotmail.com for your RA number. (Only applicable after you have received the dispatch notice)

11. I have not received my items. What can I do?
Please email us at fabfad@hotmail.com stating your name and concerns. However, we regret to inform you that Fabfad will not be held liable for lost normal mails. We will keep a lookout for your return parcel and let you know if there is any. We strongly advise registered postage for a secured delivery.

12. If I miss the backorders deadline, can I still join?
Do email us at fabfad@hotmail.com, we might have additional slots.

13. How long do I have to wait for backorder items to arrive?
Backorders will usually take an average of 4-5 weeks to arrive after it closes. However, it may take longer during the peak period. Please be rest assured that all items will be mailed out as soon as stocks arrive.

14. What should I do if my items are defective or if I receive the incorrect items?
Take a clear snapshot of the defect area and email us at fabfad@hotmail.com within 14 days from the date of mailing.

15. Can I do an exchange if the sizing/fitting does not fit me?
We are sorry but we strictly do not allow sizing exchanges if the item does not fit you.
