Terms & Condition  


PURCHASE AND PAYMENT INFO
1) Please ensure that the correct item in the correct colors/sizes has been selected before emailing us your order form. No exchanges will be allowed if wrong colors/sizes are selected.

2) All prices displayed on our Website are quoted in Singapore dollars (SGD).

3) Fabfad operates on a first-order-first-serve basis. All orders via email will be attended first before orders made via other channels (e.g. Facebook).

4) Reservations and pre-launch sales is strictly not allowed

5) Upon receiving your order form, an invoice will be sent. Payment has to be made 24 hours from the time invoice is issued unless otherwise stated.

6) All orders will automatically be cancelled if payment and its details are not received within this stipulated time frame.

7) Payment verification will be done within the next 24 – 36 hours and orders will be dispatched within the next 1-2 working days. Please ensure that all required information are provided during the payment process to avoid possible delays during shipping.

8) For any enquiries, kindly email us at fabfad@hotmail.com. Do allow us up to 36 hours to respond to enquiry emails.

9) All emails will be replied to within 24 – 36 hours excluding non-working days(Saturday & Sunday). Do kindly refrain from sending multiple emails. Rest assured we will attend to your emails as soon as we can.

10) Orders made via (POSB / DBS) bank transfers or Paypal will be verified within 24 hours.

11) Transfers made via other banks will take up to 2-3 working days to be verified.

12) Fabfad accepts iBanking, ATM and Paypal transfers. Cash Deposits are not allowed. (In the event that cash deposits are done and there are extra amounts after paying for item, the excess amount will be kept as store credits and are non-refundable.)

13) For payment made via iBanking, your iBank nickname and reference no. is required.
For payment made via ATM transfer, a clear snapshot of the receipt is required. (scanned versions are strictly not allowed). Fabfad seeks your kind cooperation to provide the full set of information for a smooth sailing verification progress. Fabfad reserves all rights to reject any orders without these details.

A transaction fee of 3.4% + 0.50 will be charged upon the transacted amount if payment is made via Paypal. This transaction fee will be waived for purchases above $100.

15) Discount codes issued by Fabfad are strictly non-transferrable and cannot be sold to other customers for cash. Fabfad reserves the right to reject any transaction if this term is not adhered to.

16) There may be delays for the backorder items due to unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process or inadequacies on the factorys' side etc. For such circumstances, cancellation of orders/refund of orders is not applicable if the delay is no more than 3 weeks.

17) No refunds/store credits will be issued once payment for the backorder has been made, regardless of reason.

18) The dates of arrival stated are based on estimation. The exact dates of arrival will be made known to the customers once they are confirmed.

19) In case of insufficient quantity or defects upon backorder items' arrival, store credit will be made to the customer within 48 hours.




DELIVERY AND SHIPPING INFO.
1) All local delivery mails are handled by SingPost unless otherwise stated.

2) Mailing days fall on weekdays. (Monday to Friday before 5pm)

3) Delivery within Singapore via Normal Mail is charged at $1.50 for the first light weight purchase, and an additional $0.50 for subsequent one(s). Top up another $2.25 on top of the normal mail for delivery via Registered Mail.

4) A tracking number will be available to trace your parcel status if you have opted for registered postage. Customers can email us at fabfad@hotmail.com to obtain the registered article number.

5) Fabfad will not be liable for any lost parcels in the event that normal postage is opted. Registered postage is strongly encouraged.

6) Self collection and meet ups are only offered during the festive season. Requests that are made outside of these time-frames will be duly declined.

7) For all unclaimed parcel(s) by the customers (either normal mail or registered mail) that are sent back to us, the customer needs to top up for postage before Fabfad will resend it out again.

8) Kindly ensure that the address and addressee is correct. In the event where customers has provided the wrong address / addressee and parcel(s) were sent back to us, customers needs to top up for postage before Fabfad will resend it out again.




EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
1) Please note that exchanges and returns are done on a case to case basis. Exchanges for sizing/colour will not be entertained.

2) If you have received a different merchandise from what you have ordered or a defect item, kindly email us at fabfad@hotmail.com within 14 working days from the day item is mailed out. Email must include clear snapshots of the defect.

3) If the ordered item is still in stock, a replacement piece will be sent out after receiving the return of the defective piece. In the event whereby the defect item is out of stock, store credits will be issued.

4) All return items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with the tag intact should it come with it. Items which do not fulfill these criteria will be rejected duly.

5) Measurements stated are measured to the best accuracy and may vary 0.5"-0.75" as items are mass produced. Colors shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colors may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). In the aforesaid event, no refunds/exchanges are allowed.

6) Other reasons as such will not be considered for exchange/return:
• Personal dislike or change of mind after purchase.
• Actual item's design/cutting/colour deviates from buyer's personal perception.
• Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on individual's monitor.
• Cutting does not suit the customer.
• Deliberate damage of the item in order to make item eligible for exchange.

7) Fabfad will not be liable should you purchase our merchandize from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.





PRODUCT CARE
1) You are advised to hand wash all Fabfad apparels (individually) without soaking for the first few washes.

2) Group your washloads into whites, darks and brights to avoid any colour running/ transfers into each other.

3) Spinning wool, knit, viscose or mix garments may pull the threads and damage the material.

4) You are encouraged to iron the apparel(s) on reverse side at low to medium heat.




Fabfad reserves the right to amend the terms from time to time without prior notice. By purchasing from Fabfad, you are deemed to have agreed to the above terms and conditions listed. We strongly encourage all customers to clarify their enquiries before confirming of purchase.
